小拔村是五华县华阳镇的行政村，位于镇的西南部，分26个村民小组，登记568户、3304人，耕地1602亩（据博雅地名网所载村情，未注明年份）。[1]

据村情所载，村名与大拔村相对而立；解放前称小拔乡，解放后改称小拔村。1978年，小拔分为小拔、红洞两个管理区，其后小拔的管理区又改为村民委员会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立之初是小拔乡；1958年改作小拔大队，1983年又称小拔乡政府，1989年成了管理区，直到1999年才定名为小拔村委会。[1]
