大客村是广东省梅州市五华县长布镇辖下的行政村。该村辖3个村民小组，在册379户、2197人，耕地739亩。[1]
名称由来[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，相传六七百年前，大田张氏始祖张洪恩从福建武平迁到此地居住，当地人称他为“客”，又因他是大田的客人，故名大客。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地1949年建大客乡，1958年起改作大队，1983年又成为乡政府一级，1989年设管理区，到1999年才由村民委员会管理，沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月，大客村列入「第一批广东省卫生村」；2020年8月，以茶叶入选「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」。[1]
