潭江社区是广东省梅州市丰顺县潭江镇的镇中心区社区，镇人民政府所在的圩镇一带[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

社区名称的由来，当地的说法是：此处原是韩江边的一处深潭，泥沙日久淤积成一块平地，又濒临韩江，因此得名潭江[1]。潭江居民委员会成立于1962年3月，2001年9月起名称改为潭江社区居民委员会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，潭江社区被列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
