田东村是丰顺县大龙华镇所辖的行政村，在镇北部，城乡分类属镇中心区，大龙华镇人民政府即设在此村，下设8个村民小组[1]。村原属大田大队，因位于河东，取“大田东片”之意定名田东，1977年自大田大队分出，另立田东大队[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1999年区制撤销、改建村民委员会前，这里叫田东管理区（1984年起）；1977年前后由大田大队划出，另立田东大队，建国初期则隶属黄金镇[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，全村在册172户、777人，总面积6平方千米，耕地283亩；种植的经济作物主要是仙人草、青果、养鱼，特色收入来源为水果、粉丝、茶叶，上一年农村经济总收入420万元[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，省爱国卫生运动委员会评出首批省卫生村，该村名列其中[1]。
