历史沿革[edit]
1976年前为行政村，其后设罗洋大队；1983年洋田、三水、罗旗三个大队合并成罗洋小乡，1987年变为管理区，1999年建村委会[1]。
人口与经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，全村在册467户、2372人，总面积16.8平方千米，耕地966亩；种植的经济作物主要是水稻与山竹，另有养鱼、养猪，特色收入来源为竹制品加工，上一年农村经济总收入691万元[1]。
