进光村是广东省梅州市大埔县湖寮镇下辖的行政村，位于湖寮镇南部。「进管」俗称「箭管」，「管」与「光」客家话谐音，故名进光。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

进光原属百侯一带的帽山管理区。1994年6月，进管、文丰、横坑水三个自然村改隶湖寮镇，合成进光管理区；到1998年设村民委员会，名称沿用。[1]

经济[edit]

全村分7个村民小组，在册247户、954人，总面积10.23平方千米，耕地313亩（村情页，未注明年份）。种植水稻和蜜柚，养猪、养鱼是特色收入，页面称上一年农村经济总收入465万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，进光村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
