河腰村是广东省梅州市大埔县湖寮镇下辖的行政村，位于湖寮镇西部。村在梅潭河由湖寮至三河的中段，「中」与「腰」同义，因而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代属大埔县清远都湖寮社湖寮村，清代归同仁社，称旧田村；民国属同仁区湖东乡；1949年后设湖寮区河腰乡；1958年10月为湖寮公社河腰生产大队；1983年底改成河腰乡（属湖寮区）；村级建制此后依次是1986年的村委会、1988年的管理区和1998年起的村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
全村分24个村民小组，在册513户、1452人，总面积10.36平方千米，耕地535亩（村情页，未注明年份）。种植水稻、苦笋、枇杷、毛竹和蜜柚，养猪、养鸡也是特色收入；村里入股了板坑电站，以增加集体收入。页面称上一年农村经济总收入627万元。[1]
