历史沿革[edit]

下埔在1949年9月隶属三区左潭乡，1951年12月起自成一乡，称三区下埔乡；1957年12月，改为左潭乡下的下埔村；1958年10月称下埔大队。从1984年3月起名为下埔乡，1989年10月改作管理区，到1999年4月才用上现名。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，该村被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
