历史沿革[edit]
1958年这里叫花竹二区；1984年设花竹乡，1987年为花竹村民委员会，1989年称花竹管理区，1999年复称村民委员会，2008年改为现名。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予花竹社区「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
