新寮村是惠州大亚湾区西区街道辖下的行政村，区划代码441303008206，城乡分类为城乡结合区。[1]

地名由来与沿革[edit]

20世纪40年代此地新建了一座土糖寮，村名由此得来。[1]资料称1560年至1579年间属寮湖乡，1987年成立村委会，次年改称管理区，1999年又称新寮村委会。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，新寮村列入2022年淘宝村名单；2023年4月，名列「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]街道概况另称其为市级文明村。[3]
