小岚村隶属惠州市惠城区横沥镇。据博雅地名网，宋代（1104年至1109年）这里已有人居住，地处山区、烟雾缭绕，故名小岚。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年8月实行乡的改革，其后1956年9月并入惠岚乡，随后1958年实行公社化，此后1961年改设人民公社及大队，再后1984年撤社设乡后属大岚乡，当年8月改小岚管理区，继而1999年10月改设小岚村委会。2019年9月，该村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
