马坌村隶属惠州市惠城区横沥镇。据博雅地名网，骆姓开基始祖的祖上约在十三世纪中叶宋末元初从浙江辗转迁至福建、江西赣州于都，后来迁入当时的惠阳县（今横沥一带），将此地称为马坌，村名沿用至今。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年时属惠阳县，其后1958年为马坌大队，随后1984年5月改称马坌村管理区，此后1993年改设村委会。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予该村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
