森柏洞村隶属惠州市惠城区横沥镇。据博雅地名网，明代陈姓人家在此置产立庄，因人少村小，起初叫“小螺”，后来境内柏树多，改称森柏洞。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年8月实行乡的改革，其后1956年9月并入惠岚乡，随后1958年为大岚公社的森柏洞大队，此后1984年撤社设乡后属大岚乡，当年8月改森柏洞管理区，再后1999年10月改设森柏洞村委会。[1]
