天罡村是惠州市惠城区横沥镇下属的行政村。村名的来历有一则传说：曾有官员被流放到此，到达时天刚亮，惠州话称天亮为“天光”，“光”与“罡”读音相近，遂成村名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1987年以前，这里是惠阳县横沥镇的天罡大队；其后1987年改为天罡村委会，随后2004年划归惠城区。2019年9月，天罡村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
