寨岗村在封开县罗董镇西北部，距镇政府约6公里[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
观塘、芙蓉、寨岗三地在合作化时期各立一社，人民公社化后并为一个大队，以居中的寨岗命名；1987年改设村委会[1]。
经济[edit]
村辖11个自然村，420户，2050人，耕地两千二百六十余亩，其中水田1870亩，山地逾一万八千亩。2003年得到省交通厅扶贫帮助，村里栽了100亩油栗[1]。2019年9月，寨岗村被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
