思寮村是封开县罗董镇的行政村，党组织按平城、思寮、上埌三片分设小组[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
经乡民会、乡人民政府和两级合作社，1958年成为生产大队，1987年设村民委员会，驻地思寮村，因以为名[1]。
人口与经济[edit]
村下设8个小组，共530户、2400人，山林地合计约2.8万亩，农作物是村民的主要收入来源[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2023年4月，思寮村列入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2026年1月又获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」[1]。
