历史沿革[edit]

建制的变迁大致如下：高级社（1955年）、大队（1958年）、乡（1981年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），至1998年成为村民委员会；高级社时期的名称为高凤。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

人口为2211人。辖区合计27753亩，山林24078亩，水田1238多亩，旱地216亩，其中速生林种有3589.5亩；村民主要靠农业和种养业谋生。[1]连麦镇居民健康饮水工程的取水点设在上凤。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，上凤村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
