1958年设大队；1983年与保安合并成朝安乡；1989年分设管理区；1998年起为村民委员会。[1]

概况[edit]

全村2400多人，辖16个村民小组，总面积2.8万亩，耕地980亩、山地15600亩。[1]据该页，朝进村是永固镇第一个、也是当时唯一全部自然村通硬底化村道的村。[1]
