地名与沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，永固自古重视教育，境内立有至圣庙，历代有好学之人，村名取“永世相袭”之意。[1]建制上，1958年设大队，1983年改乡，1989年改管理区，1998年成为村民委员会。[1]

概况[edit]

村内有26个村民小组、848户共4748人，山地3.8万亩，耕地1060亩；农业以水稻、木薯、番薯为主，村民还发展家庭式作坊厘竹加工和劳务输出。[1]
