出头社区是广东省肇庆市端州区城西街道下辖的社区，居委会设在出头村，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1963年这里是二桂公社的出头大队，1974年改隶睦岗区公社，1987年成为睦岗墟的出头村委会，1989年又称出头管理区。2013年1月，它改为睦岗街道的社区居委会，同年4月28日转归城西街道。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年4月，出头社区进入广东省首批乡村振兴示范村的创建名单。[1]
