岩前社区是广东省肇庆市端州区城东街道辖下的社区居委会，由原岩前村委会改设，位于七星湖畔、七星岩景区南大门。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

早先叫岩前村、岩前乡，1961年起改为大队，之后依次是乡政府（1983年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1998年底又称村委会，2013年1月改设居委会。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据当地资料，社区在七星岩南侧，西、南两面濒星湖，位置恰在岩前，所以叫岩前。[1]

地理环境与经济[edit]

面积1.5平方公里，村民1098人（该页未注明年份）。收入原来靠青苗款和卖地款，后转向以物业租赁为主，村、组两级集体物业总量7.6万平方米。[1]

荣誉[edit]

社区名列2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」，名单于2019年9月公布。[1]
