历史沿革[edit]

民国后期归良光乡，1952年土地改革时属化县第三区；1958年起划入良光公社；1962年编作出拔大队；1983年起称出拔乡，1987年2月起改设出拔村民委员会，1989年又设管理区办事处，此后沿用至今。[1]
