沙田尾村属化州市良光镇，是一个行政村。该村分设14个村民小组，全村总面积6.1平方千米，耕地约2754亩；在册1014户、4286人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国后期归良光乡，1952年土地改革时属化县第三区；1958年起划入良光公社；1962年编作沙田尾大队；1983年起称沙田尾乡，1987年起改设沙田尾村民委员会，1989年又设管理区办事处，此后沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
