东埇村属化州市良光镇，是一个行政村。该村分设13个村民小组，全村总面积6.3平方千米，耕地约2660亩；在册974户、4714人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国后期归石东乡；1958年起划入良光公社，称东埇大队；1983年起称东埇乡，1987年2月起改设东埇村民委员会，1989年又设管理区办事处，此后沿用至今。[1]
