据博雅地名网所载村情，全村登记1375户、5500人，面积3.4平方公里，耕地2654亩；年平均气温约22摄氏度，年降雨量约1800毫米，属南亚热带季风气候。[1]

经济[edit]

种植水稻、玉米、红薯、花生和北运菜等；村情页给出的农村经济总收入是9885万元，指“上一年”，具体年份未注明。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1937至1949年属南岐乡。后来1953年为化县第一区南岐乡。后来1963年设米能大队，1983年称米能乡。1987年2月改称米能村民委员会。后来1989年称米能管理区办事处。至1999年起沿用现名。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月榜上有名，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
