历史沿革[edit]

1983年设立区公所时，这里叫长坡乡；1987年改设村民委员会，1989年成立管理区办事处，1999年重新称村民委员会，至今如此。[1]

经济[edit]

种植以水稻、花生为主，副业和养殖方面是养鱼、养猪、家具制造、沙场；该页给出的上一年村经济总收入为580万元（年份未注明）。当地的路子是：发展养猪、养鱼，同时发展家具制造业和沙场。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，评为「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」；2023年4月，列入2022年度「广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2019年10月，上了当年的「广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
