团结农场是广东省茂名市高州市的国营农场，在统计用区划中列为高州市的乡镇级单位，隶属广东农垦系统的茂名农垦。[1][3]场部在高州市宝光街道的高垌村一带，位于城西郊。[2][3]农场始建于1952年，以种植橡胶为主业，兼种香蕉、龙眼等水果。[2][3]

据百度百科所述，农场的前身是1952年原华南垦殖局设立的垦殖所；1955年，广潭、双灯、高垌三个垦殖所合并，组建为国营团结农场。1964年，其中一部分分出，另立黎垌农场；1969年，农场被编为广州军区生产建设兵团的九师六团。此后农场体制于1974年恢复；1978年，黎垌农场并回，两场重新合一；现名则是1994年才确定的。[3]

博雅地名网所录的农场概况称，场内职工约93%是高州长坡、石骨两座水库的搬迁移民，余下的有转业、退伍、复员军人、职工子弟、分配来的大中专毕业生和外雇民工。[2]

农场在高州市城区以西的近郊，207国道和省道、县道穿过场区。百度百科写道，场部离高州市区11公里，到207国道约1.5公里。[2][3]

橡胶是农场的主业。博雅地名网的概况给出的是：土地9.57万亩；橡胶4.25万亩，开割树88.25万株，干胶一年2300吨以上；果园1.9万亩，水果一年2500吨；另说开场53年间共产胶8万吨，向国家缴纳利税合计1.3亿元。[2]百度百科则写作：2015年的土地为9.39万亩，橡胶园占6.77万亩，果园占1.39万亩，干胶年产1450吨，历年累计产量超过9.8万吨。[3]两处数字所属年份不同，面积的分类也不一致。

该概况还说，农场下设三个作业区，设有中学1所、小学2所、医院1所，橡胶生产单位45个，其中农场自己经营的18个，其余多以转让、租赁承包的方式交私人经营；企业于2003年7月1日加入社会养老统筹。[2]
