罗平村是高州市曹江镇的一个行政村[1]。
地名由来[edit]
博雅地名网称，此地原名铜锣坪，因地势开阔平坦、形如铜锣；那里还有一处远近闻名的“铜锣坟”。后人图方便，简称为罗平[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1950年土改期间设罗平乡，1961年成立罗平大队，此后1983年改为乡、1986年改为农村管理区，1999年起由村民委员会管理[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，进入广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2018年度）；2021年12月获评2021年广东省卫生村。[1]
