荷垌村是高州市曹江镇的一个行政村，归入城乡分类中的村庄[1]。

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，村里原有一片一百多亩的天然深水湖，湖边生长莲藕、开荷花，湖外是大片田垌，“荷”与“垌”合起来便成了村名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

土改期间归曹江乡，1958年属曹江管理区，1961年设荷垌大队，此后1983年改为乡、1986年改为农村管理区，1999年起由村民委员会管理[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月获广东省爱卫会授予2021年广东省卫生村称号，2026年1月又入选「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
