历史沿革[edit]
马贵村与镇同名，城乡分类属镇乡结合区。[1]
1962年马贵公社化时设马贵大队，1983年改管理区并改乡，1986年改农村管理区，1999年后为村民委员会。[1]镇名的来历见马贵镇条目：明代李姓人迁来时，马在山路上跪下，得名“马跪”，后雅称马贵。[1]
