丁堂村是茂名市高州市宝光街道所辖的行政村。村名最初写作“登堂”，据说因地势高、常受旱，村民盼望风调雨顺、五谷丰登；后人又盼子孙满堂，遂改为“丁堂”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

丁堂大队设于1961年，后来依次成为丁堂乡（1983年）、管理区（1986年）和丁堂村民委员会（1999年）。2019年10月，村名见于广东省2019年卫生村名录。[1]
