里麻村属高州市金山街道，是街道辖下的一个行政村。据地名资料，「里」字含田含土，田土养人，「麻」字广字头下树林成荫，宜人居住，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年单独设立里麻大队。1983年起设里麻乡，三年后的1986年改称里麻农村管理区，至1999年定名里麻村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
