曙光农场，简称曙光场，是茂名市电白区东北部的一处国有农场，统计上列为电白区的乡镇级单位。[1]农场创建于1952年，以种植橡胶、水果和林木为主业。[1]场部设在沙琅镇琅西村委会一带，由广东省农垦集团公司设在茂名的分公司（茂名农垦局）管理。[1][2]

百度百科记，农场于1952年建立，国营性质，种植的作物有橡胶、水果和林木。[1]按维基百科的说法，它由广东省农垦集团公司设在茂名的分公司，即茂名农垦局，管理，该局共辖十二家国营农场。[2]

在行政区划上，农场不设村，只有一个虚拟社区，被统计部门列为电白区的乡级单位。[2]2012年9月，成立了农场的社区管理委员会。[1]

农场在电白区的东北部，属亚热带季风性气候。[1]维基百科给出的坐标约为北纬21.76度、东经111.22度。[2]
