历史沿革[edit]

该村1953年建乡，名坡田乡；1958年改为坡田生产大队，1983年复称乡，1987年起称村民委员会，1989年一度称管理区，1999年改回村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

冼夫人六代孙夫妇墓位于村内上坡田村的狮子岭南坡，1984年清理；博雅地名网另记有同在狮子岭南坡的许夫人墓（1987年清理）。详见霞洞镇的名胜古迹一节。[3][4]
