历史沿革[edit]

村级建制的变化如下：设上杭行政村（1950年）、改小乡（1957年）、改大队（1958年）、属板桥小公社（1961年）、复为上杭大队（1964年）、析为上杭、吕塘、简山三个大队（1978年）、合并（1982年）、改乡委会（1983年）、改村委会（1987年）、称管理区办事处（1989年）、改称村民委员会（1999年）[1]。
