村名来历：原名甜村，新中国成立后，因附近村庄多以「山」字命名，美称殿山。[1]
沿革：以下由近及远：1999年设置村民委员会；1987年2月设置殿山管理区；1983年设置附城乡；1958年设置榜山大队；1956年设置卜扎大队。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年3月，殿山村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
2019年9月，该村列入广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
