沿革：以下由近及远：据该村简介，明正德年间（1506年至1521年），岑姓先祖从福建莆仙地区迁此建村，蔡、王等姓后来陆续迁入。1999年设置村民委员会；1989年设置仙来管理区；1987年2月设置村委会；1983年设置仙来乡；1958年设置仙来大队；1956年设置海康县附城仙来乡；1950年隶属于遂溪县第五区仙来乡。[1]
