岚北村是广东省湛江市雷州市附城镇辖下的行政村，区划代码440882117210。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来历：俗名「下那」，古越语地名，意为「下河」，因村址在南渡河出海口一带；又以夏日阳光、紫气之景，另名「夏岚」。原有南、北两村，分开后北村称岚北。[1]

沿革：以下由近及远：1999年设置村民委员会；1987年2月设置岚北管理区；1983年两村再合设置夏岚乡；1958年称夏岚大队；1956年夏岚南、北两村合设置夏岚大队。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，该村列入广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
