新城街道是广东省湛江市雷州市市区的一个街道，位于雷州市新城区，辖8个社区[1]。2006年10月，原雷城街道拆分为雷城、西湖、新城三个街道，新城街道为其一[1]。据第七次全国人口普查结果，街道人口约7.71万人，在雷州市各街道、镇中居第3位[1]。

新城街道的辖域原属雷城街道。2006年10月，雷城街道一分为三，新设西湖、新城两个街道，雷城街道保留[1]。新城街道的名称，来自它所处的雷州市新城区[1]。街道办事处作为市政府的派出机构设立[1]。

街道下辖金碧园、水店、新园、鸿信、新城、昌大昌、天和、雷南8个社区，其中金碧园、鸿信、新城、昌大昌、天和属主城区，水店、新园、雷南属城乡结合区[1]。这些社区的名称多取自居委会驻地附近的村落、小区、大道或商铺。2019年9月，除昌大昌社区外的其余社区上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]。
