龙湖村是广东省湛江市廉江市河唇镇的行政村，因村址在龙湖潭边而得名。[1] 唐宋时期的罗州故城遗址就在村东。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

龙湖乡由原属吉水镇江头乡的杨梧陂、高坡顶，与青湖乡分出的鸭岭新村、鸭岭老村合组而成，乡驻地在龙湖村。[1] 龙湖大队设于1958年，之后依次是乡（1983年）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1987年）、村民委员会（1999年）。[1]

经济[edit]

2021年9月，广东省农业农村厅公布「第二批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」名单，龙湖村以番石榴入选。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

罗州故城遗址在龙湖村东侧，北靠鹤地岭，是广东省重点文物保护单位。始建于唐武德六年（623年），次年成为罗州治所，宋开宝五年（972年）废置，总面积约6万平方米。[2] 现存夯土城墙残高3至5米，东南面有城门遗迹，城内出土莲花纹瓦当等唐代器物。[2]
