河唇村是广东省湛江市廉江市河唇镇的行政村，村委会驻原河唇圩，是镇乡结合区。按村名来历的说法，运河被水库分成两边，形似嘴唇，圩名河唇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
河唇大队设于1958年；1983年曾称石仔岭乡，此后经村委会（1986年）、管理区（1987年），1999年起为村民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，河唇村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2021年1月入选「湛江市2020年度全市文明村」；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
