历史沿革[edit]

五里1958年为大队，其后相继改为乡（1984年）、村委会（1988年）、管理区（1991年），1998年起为村民委员会。五里乡于2003年10月并入城南乡，该乡随后改称南山镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2024年4月，进入广东省首批乡村振兴示范村的创建名单。[1]
  • 2023年11月，入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村。[1]
  • 2023年5月，辖下的迈熟村、新村获广东省爱卫会评为2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
