历史沿革[edit]

牛路在1950年设乡；1959年并入遂城公社的蒲岭大队，1961年另立牛路大队，1965年归附城公社，1979年改归城西公社，1983年复设乡；1986年称村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年定名村民委员会。[1]

2023年5月，辖内的水仙村获评「2022年广东省卫生村」；2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」。[1]
