高明村是湛江市遂溪县城月镇辖下的行政村，1982年至1983年间曾划归海康县。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1959年，高明大队从吴村大队分出；此后1982年划给海康县，随后1983年又由海康划回遂溪县，高明、文章、朝栋三地合并为高明乡；继而1986年设高明村委会，再后1989年称管理区，此后1999年定名高明村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会于2023年5月将该村的库塘村评为「2022年广东省卫生村」；高明村在2021年1月进入湛江市2020年度全市文明村名单，另在2019年9月入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
