城月社区是湛江市遂溪县城月镇镇中心区的居民社区，居委会设在城月圩，社区即由此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里1958年先成立居民大队；此后1983年与城月村的村委会一道组建城月镇人民政府；随后1986年称城月圩居民委员会，继而1990年设管理区办事处，再后1999年3月复称居民委员会，此后2002年3月定名为社区居民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

城月社区被列入广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，时间是2019年9月。[1]
