历史沿革[edit]

1953年以前雷公属长基行政村，1954年归周灵乡；1958年从周灵分出，成立雷公大队；1983年称雷公乡，1985年与坦塘并为一乡，1986年设雷公村委会，坦塘另立；1989年称管理区，1999年为村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，雷公村入选湛江市「2020年度全市文明村名单」；2023年5月获评2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
