历史沿革[edit]

1960年，牛栏大队自寮客大队析出；并入竹山大队（1963年），划归新设的文外大队（1978年），称文外乡（1983年），改为文外村民委员会（1999年）；2015年中旬，牛栏村民委员会从文外村民委员会分设。[1]
