胜利村位于遂溪县洋青镇，是镇辖行政村，村子由1969年从高州迁来的人口建立。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1969年，迁自高州的村民在此设胜利大队；改设胜利乡（1984年），设村委会（1986年），称管理区（1989年），起为胜利村民委员会（1999年）。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之列。[1]
