新河村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，位于海宴镇中心，村域面积只有0.5平方千米，不设村民小组。镇政府2026年公布的户籍为1885人、常住745人，村党支部有党员35人。[1]

新河村获评「广东省卫生村」「江门市卫生村」和「江门市基层党建示范村」，也是江门市的「扫黄打非」进基层示范点。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据快懂百科，1961年海宴人民公社设立的33个大队里已有新河大队；1979年8月，新河与护亨（快懂百科写作「护享」）两个大队改归华侨农场管理。[2]

地理环境[edit]

近年来村里实施亮灯工程，把道路硬化，完成巷道的雨污分流改造，修建了停车场，还因地制宜，把村民门前原来堆放杂物的空地整理改造成「四小园」。[1]

文化[edit]

村里以300平方米的党群服务中心为中心，连同党建公园和党建文化长廊等场所，供村民学习和休闲娱乐。村里推行积分制，鼓励村民参与村务治理。[1]
