彩虹社区是广东省江门市江海区外海街道下辖的社区。[1] 2025年12月，江海区政务信息网刊文介绍了社区以党建带动基层治理的做法。[1]

文化[edit]

据这篇报道，社区设党组织，在9个住宅小区和2个小区物业公司里分别成立党支部；海逸星宸小区的党支部用「红色议事会」收集居民意见，先后处理了200多件有关电动车停放、噪声的居民诉求。[1] 社区把辖区内的新经济组织、新社会组织的党组织也纳入「大党委」，开展共建活动。[1]

社区的「幸福邻里汇」党群服务中心开设图书自习、书法交流等共享空间，周末向学生开放，寒暑假办夏令营和手工活动，还提供饮水充电、法律咨询和就业服务。[1] 社区与区人社部门合办零工市场，举办过3场招聘会，提供岗位162个，68人经「就业直通车」入职。[1] 社区规划了20个供外卖骑手使用的临时泊位，2025年召开6次有骑手参加的「小哥议事会」。[1]

社区的志愿服务品牌叫「七彩润民心」，由「七彩志愿服务队」开展宣讲、助老、科普等活动。[1]
